Registration fees vary by category and timing: Early Bird (until Sept 30) - Physician: $899, Resident: $449, International: $999. Regular rates (Oct 1 - Nov 1) are slightly higher. All registrations include access to all sessions, CME credits, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks, and the gala dinner (except on-site registration).

GATE 2025 offers up to 24 CME credits for full attendance. The conference is accredited by relevant medical education authorities, ensuring international recognition of your continuing medical education credits.

Yes, we offer refunds with the following policy: Full refund (minus processing fee) until October 15, 2025; 50% refund until November 1, 2025; No refund after November 1, 2025. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@gate2025.com with your registration details.

While GATE 2025 is primarily an in-person event to maximize networking and hands-on learning opportunities, selected keynote sessions and live demonstrations will be recorded for registered attendees. However, CME credits and full conference benefits are only available for in-person attendance.

We have partnered with several hotels in Riyadh to offer special conference rates. Accommodation assistance is available when you register. We recommend booking early as rooms fill up quickly during the conference dates. Our registration team can help arrange accommodations that suit your budget and preferences.

Most workshops are designed for practicing physicians and medical professionals with basic endoscopy experience. Some advanced workshops may require specific experience levels, which will be clearly indicated in the program. Residents and fellows are welcome to attend all sessions, and specialized tracks will be available for different experience levels.

The dress code is business professional for all conference sessions. For hands-on workshops, you may need to wear scrubs or lab coats (provided on-site). Please bring your medical license or certification for CME credit verification, business cards for networking, and any specific items mentioned in your pre-conference materials.

The conference will be held at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Detailed directions, parking information, and transportation options will be provided in your registration confirmation. We recommend arriving in Riyadh at least one day before the conference begins.

Yes! We welcome abstract submissions for poster presentations and selected oral presentations. The abstract submission deadline has passed for GATE 2025, but we encourage you to submit for future conferences. Winners of the best abstract competition will receive recognition and awards during the closing ceremony.
